Title: Legal protection of the right to human dignity.الحماية الدستورية للحق في الكرامة
Abstract: Islamic law, international declarations of human rights, the United Nations Charter and the overwhelming majority of constitutions concede the right to human dignity, and it is adopted through the constitution and thus, this right has gained admission as a constitutional principle that cannot be violated, as it is the highest constitutional value. The right to dignity is one of the human rights that might be under violation. The protection and respect of this right is based on constitutional guarantees and constitutional approval.
