GPa at room temperature has been carried out. Three equations of state (EOSs) including (Birch–Murnaghan, Vinet and modified Lennard–Jouns) are used in the calculations. The variations of these properties under such high pressure for GaAs are obtained and we got suitable EOS for it. - Scientific Type
