Disciplinary responsibility is related to the job system in which the employee works, and it is represented in a set of commands and prohibitions regulating the work to be accomplished. Disciplinary responsibility, and therefore the appropriate punishment.It is agreed that disciplinary violations in administrative law are not subject to the principle (no crime without a text), but are mentioned by the legislator, for example, and not limited to, because of the nature of the administrative activity that is difficult to count or foresee in advance. As for disciplinary penalties, they are exclusively within the jurisdiction of the legislator. As it is subject to the principle (no penalty except with a text) and the previous principle is applied in all branches of law.
