يهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على :
- الثقة بالنفس لدى طلبة قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية النور الجامعة.
- علاقة الثقة بالنفس بإنجاز اختبار (٢٥) متراً سباحة حرة لدى طلبة قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم
الرياضة في كلية النور الجامعة.
واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لملاءمته طبيعة البحث الحالي، واشتملت عينة البحث على طلبة
السنة الدراسية الأولى في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة في كلية النور الجامعة، واستخدم الباحث
الحقيبة الإحصائية (SPSS) للتحليل الاحصائي.
وتوصل الباحث الى الاستنتاجات الاتية:
- يمتلك طلبة المرحلة الاولى في قسم التربية البدنية وعلوم الرياضة مستوى متوسط من الثقة
بالنفس.
- تبين العلاقة بين الثقة بالنفس واختبار انجاز (٢٥) متراً سباحة حرة الى وجود علاقة ارتباط
عكسي بين المتغيرين أي أن بزيادة الثقة بالنفس ينخفض زمن انجاز سباحة حرة (٢٥) متراً
وبالتالي يرتفع الانجاز.
The current research aims to identify: - Self-confidence among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College. - The statistical relationship between the level of self-confidence and the achievement of the 25m free swimming test among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College. The researcher hypothesized: There is no significant statistically significant correlation between self-confidence and the completion of the 25-meter free-swimming test among students of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College. The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the nature of the current research, and the research sample included first-year students in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences at Al-Noor University College, and the researcher used the statistical package (SPSS25) for statistical analysis. The researcher reached the following conclusions: - Students of the first stage in the Department of Physical Education and Sports Sciences have an average level of self-confidence. - The relationship between self-confidence and the achievement test of 25 meters freestyle indicates that there is an inverse relationship between the two variables, meaning that with an increase in self-confidence, the time of completing a 25-meter free style swim decreases, and thus the achievement increases.
