This research study aims to determine the effect of nanotechnology in the medical field evidence from Iraq. This research study depends upon primary data analysis to determine the research data collected in medical fields related to nanotechnology. For this purpose, develop questions included open-ended and closed-ended questions about nanotechnology. The clinical staff, doctors, nurses, students of medical colleges and universities, and surgeons of hospital departments are all considered research participants. This research study depends upon the survey for measuring the research, used smart PLS software, and generated different results, including descriptive statistics, indicator correlation tests, the total effects, R-square, significant coefficient, and graphical analysis related to nanotechnology. The overall result found that nanotechnology shows a positive and significant impact in medical fields. Nanotechnology shows a vital role in medical fields.
