- Abstract
- Hate is not a modern scourge, but its roots extend back to the past. However, with the turning of the wheel of time, hate speech found a wide range of influence on different sectors of individuals who form different races, colors and religions.Hate speech often aims to detract from the values and entity of others, and in order to show the extent of the danger that these speeches carry, it is necessary to explain how the legal rules for these speeches are dealt with. The rules of international law have dealt with what is meant by hate speech. With the development taking place in the means of communication and the technological revolution that is sweeping the world, this revolution contributed to the discourse reaching its addressees at a speed that may exceed much the traditional means used in transmitting news.
