The goal sought by the judiciary is to achieve justice, as the owner of the right did not resort to the judiciary except in order to obtain his right, which requires that the judicial ruling be clear and accurate, and this can only be achieved if the judgment is issued intact and free from the defect of ambiguity and ambiguity, as the ambiguity of the judicial ruling is one of the reasons that hinder the owner of the right from reaching his right, and the ambiguity of the judicial ruling makes it difficult for the executing authority to understand what the court intended, which is This prompted the Iraqi legislator to address the issue of ambiguity of the judicial judgment in Article (10) of the Execution Law, as it allowed the executor of justice to clarify from the court that issued the judgment the interpretation of the ambiguity similar to its ruling.
